49ers’ Harbaugh: Justin Smith likely OK to play

San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh said on his radio show Tuesday he expects All-Pro defensive tackle Justin Smith to play Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks after he sustained an arm injury last week against the New England Patriots.
