Tagliabue vacates players’ bounty penalties
Paul Tagliabue affirmed the findings of Roger Goodell in the NFL’s investigation of the New Orleans Saints’ bounty program but vacated all discipline issued to the players who were punished, league spokesman Greg Aiello announced on Twitter.
