FanSaloon Mid-Week NBA Review

This week has been a very stressful one for daily fantasy NBA players. We have had players lose games to suspension and coaches deciding to rest stars. We’ve also had injuries, overtime games and a few blowouts. This has led daily fantasy owners to mix and match to try and find the best possible lineups.

The Nikola Pekovic experiment took a hit Monday when he cost daily fantasy players by only playing 15 minutes after spraining his ankle. Fantasy owners who have been depending on him because of his value were sent into an immediate tailspin and most came up short that evening.  Keep an eye on Wednesday’s lineups to see who picks up his minutes.

Jeremy Lin continues his impressive rise to stardom. I do think daily fantasy owners may want to take a hard look at him going forward as Carmelo Anthony will be looking to take over the scoring load, but I will definitely be keeping Lin in my daily fantasy basketball lineup.  Kyrie Irving has been showing why he was drafted first overall this year, as he has been hot of late. The same also goes for his teammate Antwan Jamison.  The future doesn’t look to bad in Cleveland, even without LeBron James.

Speaking of LeBron, he took a backseat to Dwayne Wade last night, who ended up with 52 daily fantasy points.  With the All-Star Game looming this weekend it is a great time for the real players and daily fantasy owners to take a break from the daily grind.  Remember to play daily basketball at FanSaloon.com and good luck!
